Refund Policy

Ownership & Operators

DynTube operates the platform under licensed rights to provide and support the service.

DynTube is operated under license by DYNTACK PTE. LTD. (incorporated in Singapore) (the "Operator"). The Operator is solely responsible for its customers and commercial operations. References in this policy to the "Billing Entity" mean the Operator that issues your invoice or receives payment for services.

This refund policy outlines our position on refunds and clarifies the circumstances, if any, in which credits are considered. It is intended to set expectations for our customers and to provide clear documentation for financial partners and card-issuing banks.

General Refund Terms

By activating a paid plan or continuing with a subscription after a trial, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final. We do not provide refunds, prorated credits, or partial reimbursements for unused subscription time, add-on purchases, or account inactivity. Any disputes raised with payment processors may result in the immediate suspension of platform access while we provide evidence of service delivery in line with these terms.

Customers are expected to complete their due diligence and verify that DynTube satisfies their quality, feature, and compliance needs before upgrading to a paid plan. This includes reviewing video output, integrations, analytics, and workflow compatibility. We supply documentation, demos, and support to help with evaluation and welcome questions before purchase.

Pre-Purchase Evaluation

The free trial provides full access to DynTube so you can confirm performance, feature set, and content delivery standards in your own environment. During this period, you should test every business-critical workflow, assess media quality, validate that required features exist, and confirm that our service meets your regulatory or contractual obligations. If you find that essential functionality is missing or the quality falls short, you are encouraged to remain on the free trial and engage our Support team before committing to a paid subscription.

Moving forward with payment indicates that you accept DynTube as delivered and that any outstanding questions have been resolved. After the paid plan is activated, later claims of missing features, unacceptable quality, or misalignment with your requirements will not qualify for refunds or credits.

Free Trials

Our free trials are designed to help you evaluate DynTube before entering into a paid agreement. Once the free trial period ends and you sign up for a paid plan, all charges become non-refundable. We strictly do not issue any refunds or credits related to usage after a free trial concludes, regardless of the amount of platform activity. During the trial, please review onboarding materials, perform test uploads, and confirm that DynTube meets the standards required by your accounts.

Billing Authorizations and Chargebacks

By providing your payment information, you authorize DYNTACK PTE. LTD., as the Billing Entity, to debit the applicable fees on a recurring basis until your subscription is cancelled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we will submit supporting documentation—including logs of platform access, content delivery records, and this policy—to the card network or financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as a material breach of our Terms and may lead to account termination.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals at any time through your DynTube account settings or by contacting our Support team. Cancellation prevents future billing cycles but does not retroactively qualify prior charges for refunds or credits.

Service Issues

We take service availability seriously and continuously monitor platform performance. If you encounter a critical service issue, please contact us with detailed logs and timestamps. While we do not provide refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, consider non-monetary remedies such as account extensions where we verify a significant outage attributable to our infrastructure.

In limited scenarios, a small subset of viewers may experience playback issues on devices that have been heavily customized or locked down by third-party software. These configurations may block encrypted streaming and prevent our videos from playing as designed. Because these device-level restrictions fall outside of DynTube’s control, no refunds or credits will be issued if viewers choose to use environments that cannot support encrypted delivery. We are happy to provide best-practice guidance, but resolving customization conflicts remains the responsibility of the viewer or account owner.

Compliance Alignment

This policy forms part of our contractual documentation with merchants, payment processors, and banking partners. It supports our fraud-prevention practices and ensures consistent dispute handling. We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect regulatory requirements or changes in our subscription model. Material updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

For additional legal terms governing your use of the platform, please review our Terms & Conditions.
